Hi again,
Here is another one of my cards I have made over the past few weeks but not had the chance to post until  now. I had just received the Think Big Favorites #13 stamp set from Papertrey Ink and just couldn't wait to ink up that gorgeous font.

I stamped my sentiment in Kraft ink and then stamped my dark pink flower from Beautiful Blooms II in Autumn Rose ink, masking it before stamping my other two flowers in Blush Blossom ink. The leaves from Stitches and Swirls were stamped in Kraft ink and then this layer was run through my Cuttlebug with my Linen impression plate.

Finally I filled in the leaves with glitter and added silver rhinestones to the flower centres. This layer was then added onto an Autumn Rose mat and then onto a white base.

On the inside I stamped another sentiment from the Think Big Favorites #13 set in Kraft ink and added the leaves on either side  with Autumn Rose ink.

I am slowly catching back up with all my cards so will be back soon with more.

Finally I just wanted to add that the fabulous Colour Create Challenge blog has had its last challenge this fortnight. A few of us have had so many commitments or family issues that we have decided to close it for the time being. Thanks to all the great girls on the team for the opportunity to create with you and all your inspiration.

11 Year Old Card

Hi
I'm back with a very quick card that I made for my son's friend's birthday.

For my main layer I embossed it with my Argyle impression plate and then die cut the number 11 from it. I adhered some Sugar Plum paper behind the numbers and then layered this on some Pure Poppy cardstock and onto a white card base. I stamped my sentiment from Birthday Basics in Ripe Avocado ink and then cut the strip into a banner. Finally I sewed on some Pure Poppy buttons to either end. The main layer was then popped up on foam tape.

Back soon with more...
